Johann Strauss II ou Jr. (1825-1899) is known like the “King of the waltz”. He has composed over than 400 waltzes that made the pride and vanity of Viena’s feeling.
On this piece, after triumphal introduction, we can find 4 waltzes, were we recognize those melodies and that can be played alone, for example, in an extra concert.
The arrangement didn’t change the character and lightness - characteristics of this composer.
